Author – Bakhriddin Chustiy (Bakhriddin Nematjonovich Najmiddinov), a renowned Uzbek chef, winner of multiple international culinary championships, popular blogger, and owner of several cafés and restaurants in Tashkent such as Oshxona, Tez Food, Chustiy’s Cuisine, and Sal Sal, was named by the respected British culinary magazine Olive in 2016 as “the Uzbek Jamie Oliver.” Bakhriddin Chustiy is also one of the initiators of the “Mega Plov” project, which was prepared as part of the “Uzbek National Traditions” festival on September 8, 2017, and entered the Guinness World Records.
